民众的声音该如何表达？
该照片拍摄于南京正在施工的定淮门大桥，桥标的两栋高层建筑家家户户打出了大大的“冤”字标语。由于建设大桥，直接导致临街住户将会受到汽车噪声的影响，而管理部门又不顾民意强制建设。在中国，民众基本利益对抗政府，结果可想而知。
