政府在托市?
就像我以前说的,房价下跌的时候就是经济衰退的时候. 政府明目张胆的造势掩饰不了黔驴技穷的惶恐, 如果房市一崩,那么GDP负增长也不远了吧…..
说到负增长,真的觉得语言的精妙,明明是减少,却写的看起来还是在增长……
不知道现在谁还有勇气买新房子? 不知道一直叫嚷的刚性需求可以刚多久? 持续近10年的房产神话与谜局,是时候见个端倪了.
